Kelly Tidy and Rachel Connor have been named in a Great Britain & Ireland Girls team to play the great Britain & Ireland Ladies team at North Berwick in October.

Girls' British Amateur Championship
Kelly Tidy, one of Manchester Golf Club's Junior Lady members, came runner up in last weeks Girls' British Amateur Championship. Kelly lost out 4&3 to Henrietta Brockway, though this was a great achievement with entries to the competition from all over the world.
Manchester Golf Club's Open Scratch competition for the Hulbert Trophy was played on Sunday 10th June over 36 holes.
The winner was Sam Stuart, a +2 handicapper from St Annes Old Links Golf Club with scores of 67 and 71 (138).
Runner up was Alex Hogben (+1) of Ringway GC with 68 & 71 (139).
Third, Matt Hough (scratch) of Manchester with 71 & 70 (141), who pipped last year's winner Gareth Clark (+1) of Manchester on a card play off (67 & 74).
