We are delighted to have welcomed a full field of golfers to the third event in of annual Festival Week of open golf compeitions. Teams comprising any mix of players competed in warm and sunny conditions (with a little rainfall in the morning). A number of golfers were interested in the development project to the left of the 17th and 18th holes which will become the Manchester Golf Academy. Opening in Spring 2023, this will include a 350 yard driving range, indoor and on-grass bay and a short game area featuring a 575m2 green modelled on the existing course architecture. Further information on this exicting project can be found here. A limited number of Academy memberships will be available and may be of interest to members of other clubs and Festival Week guests. Our experienced bar and catering team is on hand to welcome members and guests to the clubhouse throughout the year, with opening times varying depending the golfing calendar. The core hours for the summer months are shown in the table below but can be checked by contacting the team in advance of your visit. In addition to serving food and drink in our lounges and outside decking space we host private functions and events, with various rooms available.
