With golf competitions for all categories and age groups, our Festival Week has been a popular fixture on the golfing calendar since 1987. Held in August, when the course is typically in great condition, we provide golfers from far and wide with the opportunity to enjoy our 247 acres of golfing glory. Many Festival Week participants return year-on-year to enjoy the beautiful moorland and heathland of Hopwood at the height of summer – usually greeted by volunteers and past captains intend on hosting a memorable week for our guests.

Set in over 240 acres or in metric terms one square kilometre the course is predominantly moorland in character but with heathland and parkland features – when you play this course you will find yourself surrounded by scenic, rural views.
