Booking a Tee-time for Saturday Comps
7-day membership of the club is limited to ensure availability of tee-times for Saturday competitions which are very well supported by members.
As demand is high for certain tee-times there is a system for booking which makes a certain number of times for the following week available each day from Wednesday to Saturday.
The system was reviewed in May 2021 based on feedback from members, including a Ballot that received 160 contributions. Member feedback (see results below) confirmed that the existing system is the preference of the majority of members although a few tweaks were required.
In order to maintain the fairest system for all, the system is now:

To give the opportunity to play with a variety of fellow members and encourage the integration of new members to the club, a tee-time can be booked for one or two players.
Ballot Results
The Membership Ballot – which received contributions from 160 members – was completed in May 2021, the summary results of which are shown below. The results were analysed by Membership Category and each of the 81 free format comments was reviewed and categorised, with the findings discussed in full at a Council meeting as part of the process of agreeing to the system detailed above.
